First, you need to define roles (for example, Admin, manager, etc.) which will be associated to users.
A user’s visibility rights are directly linked to the role associated to their profile in the User Management section.

To add a role:

  1. Click on Add.

  2. Provide a description of the role (in EN and FR).

  3. Click on Save.

It is possible edit or delete a role and export the list in an Excel or PDF format.

The User permission set-up page allows to give a user permission depending on their role and responsibilities. For example, someone with an administrator role will have more permission than someone with a provider role.

You can decide the types of permission granted in the dashboard, projects, clients, resources, reports, tasks, assignments, administration, and timesheet sections. Each section has its own functionalities. For instance, for the dashboard, you can allow or not to display the dashboard depending on the user’s role. The actions permitted include:

  1. Display information

  2. Delete

  3. Add

  4. Edit

  5. List

  6. Manage

  7. Manage roles and permission (Security)

  8. Supervise (Timesheet)

  1. Projects

  2. Clients

  3. Resources

  4. Reports
