1. Dans la Vue Clients

2. Sélectionner le client et cliquer sur "Éditer"

2. Sous l'onglet Contacts, cliquer sur "Ajouter"

3. Sous l'onglet Général, entrer le nom et l'adresse courriel.

4. Entrer le département au besoin.

5. Cliquer sur Sauvegarder.

Comment créer ou réinitialiser le mot de passe d’un contact

1.  Sous l'onglet Portail client,

1. sélectionner le statut

1. Actif.

2. Vérifier les paramètres d'accès

2. Créer/réinitialiser le mot de passe (pour des raisons de sécurité, à partir de la version 3.0.4, il n’est plus possible de créer un mot de passe).

3. Cliquer sur Enregistrer.
