The Availability (or Assignment) view

 

Only external providers can access the Availability functionality. Internal providers will see the Assignment view.

Click on the Availability (or Assignment) tab from the side navigation bar to create, edit, delete, export and share your availability with the project management team.

How to add an unavailability time slot

Click on the Add button in the Availability view toolbar.

In the Add unavailability pop-up window:

  1. Select the type of unavailability

  2. Provide a Start Date and an End date or select All day.

  3. Add any comment, if necessary.

  4. Click on Save.

The unavailability time slot is now created.

How to edit or delete an unavailability time slot

Select an unavailability slot and click on the Edit or Delete button in the Availability view toolbar.

How to export a list of unavailability time slots

Click on the More drop-down menu in the toolbar and chose the option to export information into a PDF or Excel document.
