The following reports are available in this category:

1.    Timesheets

This report displays timesheet entries for a specified timeframe.

To produce a Timesheet Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

 

Filters

  • Timesheets filled from - to

    • Filters the data to show results between the selected start and end dates

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Resource

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected resources

  • Show Details

o   Toggles the displaying of the table containing all the entries made in the timesheets over the selected period.

2.   Groupable Time Spent

This report displays weekly timesheets, grouped by the selected field for a specified timeframe.

To produce a Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

  • Timesheets filled from - to

    • Filters the data to show results between the selected start and end dates

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Grouped By

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected group

  • Client

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected client

  • Priority

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected priority

  • Project Type

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected project type

  • Work Type

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected work type

  • Target Audience

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected target audience

  • Domain

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected domain

  • Project Code

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected project code

3.    Time Summary

This report is a summary of time entries in timesheets for a specified timeframe.

To produce a Time Summary, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

  • Date Range From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Work Type

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected work type

  • Source Language

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected source languages

  • Target Language

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected target languages

  • Grouped By

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected group

  • Client Group

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected client group

  • Client

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected client

  • Department

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected department

  • Project Type

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected project type

  • Target Audience

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected target audience

  • Priority

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected priority

  • Domain

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected domain

  • Service

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected services

  • Keyword

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected keywords

 

4.   Time spent per resource per project

This report lists the time that is spent by each resource on every project.

To produce a Summary, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.
