As a FlowFit administrator, it is possible to view, search, filter, organize and download user activity through the Actions and Access tabs. You must first click on Refresh, or Apply in the Filters section to load results:

When the logs indicate a change made by a ‘'SYSTEM USER’' as opposed displaying a FlowFit user name and user email, it is likely that some kind of FlowFit preconfigured automation is responsible for the action, such as the virtual coordinator, for example.

The Actions tab may display changes made to specific configuration or project management pages whereas the Access tab will list all pages accessed by a specific user, with or without modification from the user. Looking carefully at the date, time and length of time a page has visited can give an indication if the user has quickly clicked on a page and stayed a few seconds to read some information, or an the opposite if the user has edited the page for a few minutes.

The Actions and Access tab may be giving important hints when it comes to troubleshooting users who mention having difficulties logging into the system. These logs will indicate if the user has locked their account, attempted to enter the wrong portal or the wrong password, for example.

If you are looking for changes made into a particular project tasks (by a project manager, for example), the project change log and/or task change log may be more specific and is accessible by project managers without administrator rights.
