It is possible to create Task-level or Project-level surveys, evaluation grids or checklists to rate the quality of a FlowFit task or project.
Step 1: Build a FlowFit survey questionnaire
Step 2: Choose a General or Checklist Survey type for the questionnaire
Step 3: Attach the FlowFit survey to a service or a project template.
How to build the FlowFit survey questionnaire
To create or modify a survey, go to ⚙ > General > Survey Management

Click on the ‘’Create survey’’ blue button and a ‘’NewSurvey’’ will appear at the bottom of the survey list.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the survey with the Survey Creator.
Name (1) and Design your survey with a couple of sample questions (3, 4) which you can drag and drop from the Toolbox. Look at the properties of each question for more options such as if the answer to the question is required to complete the task or project, or if you want to add a score to each question.
Save (2) your work in progress on a regular basis (wait until ‘’✓ Saved’’ appears before closing the survey) and use the Test Survey tab to run it.

How to convert your questionnaire into a checklist, survey or evaluation grid
Once your questionnaire is built, go under ⚙ > General > Survey Management
Select Checklist Survey type to use your questionnaire as a project or a task checklist.

How to attach a FlowFit survey to a project template
If you’d like to have a project-level checklist, which will be attached to a project and not only a task:
Go to ⚙ > Administration > Project templates
Select the FlowFit survey you wish to link to the project template as your checklist
Create a new FlowFit project, go to the Checklist tab, and test the survey.
How to attach a FlowFit survey to a task
If you’d like to have a task-level checklist, evaluation grid or survey which will be attached to a specific task within a workflow:
Link the survey to the evaluation grid or the task checklist of the service to be evaluated or for which you want a checklist under ⚙ > Administration > Services
Evaluation: If the service is to be evaluated by another service, add the task to evaluate within your workflow under ⚙ > Administration > Workflows
a. Evaluation: Create a new FlowFit project, assign and complete the service to be evaluated and the service that will evaluate this service, and test the survey. If the service is not to be evaluated by another service, complete your service and click on Evaluation of this service hamburger menu to test the survey.
2. b. Checklist: Create a new FlowFit project, assign and start the service. There are two options to complete the checklist: 1) open the task and go to the Checklist section; 2) from the project, click on Task Details in the service hamburger menu and go to the Checklist section.
