Once internal and/or external resources profiles have been created in the Resources view, go to ⚙ > Administration > User Management to be able to:

  1. Give a resource access to FlowFit-TMS and/or the FlowFit Provider portal

  2. Revoke a resource access to FlowFit-TMS and/or the FlowFit Provider portal

  3. Unlock a resource access to FlowFit-TMS and/or the FlowFit Provider portal

  4. Reset a resource password to FlowFit-TMS and/or the FlowFit Provider portal

  5. Add or edit an internal resource role (Admin, PM, etc.)

  6. Add or edit an assigned Provider Profile to an external resource

 

Note:
Client contacts and FlowFit Client Portal access must be managed in the Clients view.

  1. This indicates the number of resources already created in FlowFit-TMS (internal resources). To access the same information for external resources, click on the Provider portal tab (3).

  2. The FlowFit-TMS tab lists all internal users with access to FlowFit-TMS

  3. The Provider portal tab lists all internal or external users with access to the Provider portal.

  4. The ‘’only active’’ switch button allows you to filter out deactivated users.

  5. The search bar allows you to do a page search.


To give access to FlowFit-TMS or to the FlowFit Provider portal, click on Add and select the role or provider profile you want to give them.
