Comment obtenir les documents cibles memoQ depuis FlowFit
Les documents cibles de memoQ peuvent être exportés et attachés à une tâche FlowFit soit manuellement, soit automatiquement, si la configuration du connecteur FlowFit/memoQ choisie par votre administrateur FlowFit sous ⚙ > Connecteurs > memoQ le permet.
Comment exporter manuellement des documents cibles memoQ depuis FlowFit
Ouvrez l'onglet Tâches de votre projet FlowFit.
Sélectionnez la tâche memoQ (par exemple, ‘'Traduction memoQ’') pour laquelle vous souhaitez télécharger et joindre le fichier cible terminé.
Cliquez sur le menu à tiroir situé à l'extrémité droite de la tâche sélectionnée.
Sélectionnez memoQ puis Joindre un document memoQ.
Le document memoQ le plus récent sera exporté du serveur memoQ et attaché à la tâche sélectionnée.
Cliquez sur le document de travail de la tâche sélectionnée pour télécharger votre fichier cible memoQ.
Où trouver les documents cibles memoQ exportés automatiquement par FlowFit
En fonction de la configuration du connecteur FlowFit/memoQ choisie par votre administrateur FlowFit, une fois que la dernière tâche memoQ du flux de travail est terminée (ou d’autres tâches spécifiées), FlowFit exporte automatiquement le document cible et l'attache à la tâche.
How to get memoQ target documents from FlowFit
The memoQ target documents can be exported and attached to a FlowFit task either manually, or automatically, depending on the FlowFit/memoQ connector configuration chosen by your FlowFit administrator under ⚙ > Connectors > memoQ.
How to manually export memoQ target documents from FlowFit
Open your FlowFit project Tasks tab.
Select the memoQ task (for ex. ‘'memoQ Translation’') for which you’d like to download and attach the completed target file.
Click on the hamburger menu located at the very right end of the selected task.
Select memoQ and Attach memoQ document.
The most up-to-date memoQ document will be exported from the memoQ server and attached to the selected task.
Click on the selected task work document to download your memoQ target file.
Where to get memoQ target documents automatically exported by FlowFit
Depending on the FlowFit/memoQ connector configuration chosen by your FlowFit administrator, once the last memoQ task of the workflow is completed (or other specified tasks), FlowFit will automatically export the target document and attach it to the task.
