The SDL Trados word weight configuration page allows to define one or several word weight models which will be used to calculate the number of computed words for each task.
One sole default word weight model can be set up, or several word weight models can be created and attached to specific Clients (the word weight model can be attached to a Client, in the Client configuration page).
How to create an SDL Trados Word weight model
Description: This field allows to give a descriptive name to the word weight model.
Default: This option allows to set this word weight model as the default one.
Matches configuration: All the match options (repetitions, perfect matches, context matches, 100% matches, no matches and fuzzy matches) allow to specify the value (in percentage) of each match (according to the selected Trados Studio fuzzy match threshold) compared to a new word. The weight value must be a decimal between 0 and 1, with 0 for a 100% match and 1 for a new word.
