How to configure the Quickbooks server information in FlowFit

  1. Push the Enabled button to the right to activate the connector.

  2. Enter the Quickbooks server Realm ID number.

  3. Enter the Quickbooks server access token.

  4. Enter the Quickbooks server refresh token.

  5. Click on Save.

 

⚙ > Connectors > Quickbooks > Parameters > FlowFit/Quickbooks

The FlowFit/Quickbooks API URL will be filled in or provided by Consoltec.

How to define the Client invoice naming convention

  1. Go to ⚙ > Connectors > Quickbooks > Parameters > Client invoices

  2. Click on the PLUS sign at the top-right of the Invoice description section.

  3. Select the FlowFit variables that you want to include in your naming convention (for ex. the FlowFit project number, client code, etc.). Click on the white cross to remove unwanted variables.

  4. Add some plain text around the variables, if needed (for ex. ‘'Invoice #’', etc.).

 

How to automatically push FlowFit approved invoices to Quickbooks

  1. Go to ⚙ > Connectors > Quickbooks > Parameters > Client invoices

  2. Push the Automatic sync. approved invoice switch button to the right.

 

How to manually synchronize FlowFit approved invoices to Quickbooks

  1. Go to ⚙ > Connectors > Quickbooks > Parameters > Client invoices

  2. Push the Automatic sync. approved invoice switch button to the left.

  3. Go to the Finance Quotes or Invoices view.

  4. Select the quotes or invoices you’d like to push to Quickbooks.

  5. Click on the Synchronize button.
