β > Connectors > memoQ > memoQ Users
memoQ users must first be set in memoQ.
In order to define the mapping between FlowFit resources and memoQ User, you need to go to the β > Connectors > memoQ > memoQ Users tab and add previously created resources in the Resources view.
How to set up memoQ subvendors
FlowFit is also supporting memoQ subvendor groups.
Subvendor groups are mapped to regular FlowFit resources just like regular memoQ users. You can also see if the mapped resource is a subvendor group in the last column of the β > Connectors > memoQ > memoQ Users tab.
When adding a new subvendor (group), make sure there is only one member (this user must be created beforehand), who will automatically become the subvendor manager.
The subvendor manager (once logged in) will be the one in charge of adding/removing users within the subvendor group. PMs managing a project in which a workflow or a task has been assigned to a specific subvendor will not see to which user within that subvendor group a task has been assigned to. Only the subvendor manager overlooking the projectβs specific document(s)/workflow(s) will be able to view/assign specific users to each task.
During the task assignment synchronization, FlowFit will be able to determine if the mapped user is a regular user or a subvendor group. Here is how it will show in the FlowFit project and in memoQ, when the subvendor group is assigned to memoQ tasks:
