Before using LogiTerm, general parameters (first tab), word weight (second tab) and templates (third tab) need to be configured.

Test connection: This button allows you to perform a Test connection button to make sure the settings are properly configured. A green check mark will appear.
Enabled: This parameter allows you to activate or deactivate LogiTerm within your FlowFitTMS environment. If you disable it, all the options in the other screen won’t be available.
LogiGroup folder: This parameter allows you to specify the address of the folder.
Allow manual deposit: This parameter allows you to activate manual deposits or not.
Connector FlowFit LogiTerm: Displays the address of the connector between FlowFit and LogiTerm
Version of LogiTrans API: Shows which version is used
Work Types: This parameter allows you to select the work types so that they will be compatible with automatic LogiTerm analysis.
Exclude analysis files: File extensions added to the exclusion list will not be analyzed automatically.

The LogiTerm Word Weight tab is the page where you can create a template to define the word weights. It will be used to calculate the number of computed words for each task.
You can create a default word weight template, but you can also create additional templates that you can link to a specific client in the client detail page (general information).
In the LogiTerm word weight screen you will be able to manage, create, edit, and delete word weight templates.
To configure the word weight, click on Add and fill in all required fields.
Description: This parameter allows you to specify the name of the template you would like to create.
Default: This parameter allows you to specify whether the template will be the default one.
Others: All the other parameters allow you to specify how much percent the parameter represents compared to a new word. The value must be a decimal between 0 and 1, 0 for an exact match and 1 for a new word.

The LogiTerm Templates tab allows you to create LogiTerm templates.
To create a LogiTerm template, perform the following steps:
Provide a description of the template.
Check this box if the template will be used as the default one.
In the Modules field, specify the modules used for that specific template.
In the Minimum similarity (%) field, specify the minimum percentage of similarity you want.
In the Segmentation at colons field, check the box if you want to activate this option.
In the Segmentation at semicolons field, check the box if you want to activate this option.
In the Output field, select an output type from the drop-down menu.
In the Sort match by field, select the sort of match you want from the drop-down menu.
In the Weighed according to field, check the appropriate box to meet your needs.
In the Sentences field, check the box if you want to activate this option.
