Define a start and end time of the day (for example, your business hours) where SLA will apply.
Then, click on the PLUS sign in the table in the bottom of the page to add word ranges.
...
For example, you could choose to define a first line with a 2-day range for a document containing between 1 and 1000 words, then a second line with a 3-day range for a document which will contain between 1001 and 2000 words, and so on.
Once created, SLAs can automatically be applied to newly created projects using a Project virtual coordinator.
...
The virtual coordinator will count the number of words within the source documents submitted and apply the associated SLA.
...
SLA can also be manually applied or changed in each created project. To do so, open a FlowFit project and select Project settings from the More menu. A pop-up window will open where you can select or change the SLA.
...
Once an SLA is applied, you will see it appear in the Project Information tab. The request deadline icon will appear in red if it does not meet the required SLA standards.
The PM can renegotiate the deadline with the requester if needs be, then click on the SLA date icon to recompute it.
