How to create a client invoice

 

To be able to create quotes you may check that your client services and price lists configuration is accurate under âš™ > Clients > Client Services and âš™ > Clients > Client Rates.
Make sure that your workflow tasks are already mapped with the corresponding client services.

 

To create a new client invoice:

  1. Open your FlowFit project.

  2. Go to the Financial tab.

  3. In the Client Invoice section (on the top-right corner), select ‘’Create and Edit’’ from the blue Add drop-down menu:

4. Edit or fill in the relevant information from the Create invoice window:

5. Click on Save and Send at the bottom right of the screen to send the invoice to your client. The Save option alone will not send your invoice.
