How to create a SLA list with word ranges

Define a start and end time of the day (for example, your business hours) where SLA will apply.

Then, click on the PLUS sign in the table in the bottom of the page to add word ranges.

For example, you could choose to define a first line with a 2-day range for a document containing between 1 and 1000 words, then a second line with a 3-day range for a document which will contain between 1001 and 2000 words, and so on.

How to automatically apply SLA lists to projects

Once created, SLAs can automatically be applied to newly created projects using a Project virtual coordinator. The virtual coordinator will count the number of words within the source documents submitted and apply the associated SLA.

How to manually apply (or change) SLA lists to a project

SLA can also be manually applied or changed in each created project. To do so, open a FlowFit project and select Project settings from the More menu. A pop-up window will open where you can select or change the SLA.

How to manually compute a SLA deadline to a project

Once an SLA list is applied to a project, you will see a β€˜'SLA date’' calendar icon appear in the Project Information tab. The PM must click click on the SLA date button to calculate if the project deadline i compliant according to the project total number of words and to recompute the deadline according to the SLA list applied to the project:

The request deadline icon will appear in red if it does not meet the required SLA standards.

After recomputing the SLA date, the PM can chose to change the project deadline according to the suggested date made by the SLA calculation, or to renegotiate it with the requester.
