For assignment and time management purposes, you can create different types of unavailability (for example ‘’Training day’’, ‘’Sick leave’’, etc.). Project managers and resources will be able to add unavailability in resources calendars.

Open

Click on the blue + sign to add the French translation of the description.

Pick a colour to represent the unavailability in the assignment calendar.

Check the External provider visibility box to allow freelancers to use the unavailability.

Check the Is an unavailability box to make sure the resource will not be shown as available upon task assignment.

Select a work code for timesheet purposes.
