Comment ouvrir le projet dans memoQ

Depuis FlowFit-TMS ou le portail Fournisseur de FlowFit, aller dans la section Détails de la tâche ou Détails du projet de l’onglet Information de la tâche :

1. Vérifiez que le statut de votre tâche FlowFit est À faire ou En cours.
   Si ce n’est pas le cas, il sera impossible d’ouvrir le document dans votre outil de TAO.

2. Cliquez sur l’icône orange memoQ. Si un message de confirmation s’affiche, cochez la case et cliquez sur Ouvrir memoQ afin que le message ne s’affiche plus la prochaine fois.

Où trouver l’analyse TAO et les documents

Depuis FlowFit-TMS ou le portail Fournisseur de FlowFit, aller dans l’onglet Document de chaque tâche FlowFit attribuée :

1. Téléchargez les documents sources et de référence, et consultez l’analyse TAO, si nécessaire.

2. Pour travailler hors de tout outil de TAO, téléchargez le Document de travail et travaillez directement dans celui-ci.

3. Cliquez sur le bouton bleu Commencer la tâche de la barre d’outils pour commencer votre tâche FlowFit.
   
   

Comment ouvrir le document dans l'éditeur en ligne memoQ web Trans

Note : travailler dans l’application en ligne memoQWebTrans ne vous permet pas de générer votre fichier cible. Ainsi, ce n’est peut-être pas la meilleure option si pour effectuer du post-traitement ou de la mise en page ensuite.

Si l’application memoQ n’est pas installée à votre poste, mais que vous avez À des identifiants pour vous connecter au serveur memoQ, deux raccourcis sont disponibles pour accéder à l'éditeur en ligne memoQwebTrans depuis FlowFit:

A. (version 3.2) Depuis FlowFit-TMS ou le portail Fournisseur de FlowFit, aller dans la section Détails de la tâche ou Détails du projet de l’onglet Information de la tâche :

1. Vérifiez que le statut de votre tâche FlowFit est À faire ou En cours.
   Si ce n’est pas le cas, il sera impossible d’ouvrir le document dans votre outil de TAO.

Cliquez sur le bouton memoQ web (situé en haut à droite de l’analyse).

(Version 3.2) Où trouver le package memoQ (fichiers .mqout, .xliff, et/ou .tmx)

Depuis le portail Fournisseur FlowFit, les ressources externes peuvent télécharger un package memoQ qu'elles peuvent ouvrir avec un outil de TAO compatible.
Remarque : Les ressources internes qui travaillent dans FlowFit-TMS ou dans le portail Fournisseur FlowFit ne verront pas la section "Télécharger le package".

Depuis le portail Fournisseur FlowFit, allez à la section projet memoQ de l'onglet Documents de la tâche FlowFit :

1. Assurez-vous que le statut de votre tâche FlowFit est À faire ou En cours.
   Si ce n'est pas le cas, vous ne pourrez pas ouvrir votre document dans le CAT-tool.
   
   

2. Repérez la Packages section, above the memoQ analysis.

3. Cliquez sur l’icône bleue Télécharger . Un fichier .mqout nommé avec le numéro du projet FlowFit et votre identifiant memoQ sera téléchargé dans votre dossier de téléchargement habituel. Double-cliquez sur ce fichier pour l’ouvrir directement dans l’application de bureau memoQ.
   
   

4. Pour travailler sans memoQ, remplacez l'extension de fichier .mqout par .zip, puis décompressez le package et utilisez les fichiers .mqxliff (= .xliff) et/ou .tmx qu’il contient pour travailler dans votre outil de TAO.

(Version 3.2) Comment livrer mon package de retour memoQ (.mqout) et document de travail

1. Lorsque vous avez fini de travailler dans memoQ, créez votre package de retour (.mqback) dans memoQ.
   
   

2. Dans le portail fournisseur de FlowFit, cliquez sur le bouton Terminer la tâche de votre tâche FlowFit et téléversez le fichier à livrer dans la section ‘'Document de travail’' en haut de la fenêtre Terminer la tâche.
   Téléversez votre .mqback dans la section Package memoQ au bas de la fenêtre Terminer la tâche.
   
   

3. Cliquez sur Enregistrer, et votre tâche FlowFit sera terminée. Votre traduction memoQ sera automatiquement réimportée dans le projet memoQ d'origine et votre document de travail sera transféré à la personne assignée à la tâche suivante.
   Une note automatisée sera visible aux ressources internes (par ex. le réviseur) leur indiquant que votre traduction a bien été réimportée dans memoQ.

Comment traduire un fichier .mqxliff bilingue sans memoQ

En tant que linguiste, il est possible d'utiliser un paquet memoQ et de le traduire dans un autre outil de TAO que memoQ.
En effet, les paquets memoQ peuvent être décompressés pour travailler directement dans le fichier xliff bilingue qu'ils contiennent (au format .mqxliff).
Il est conseillé de suivre la procédure recommandée par votre fournisseur d'outils de TAO, mais les manipulations suivantes devraient fonctionner dans la plupart des cas.

1. Ouvrez la tâche de traduction FlowFit qui vous a été attribuée.

2. Téléchargez et enregistrez le document de travail .mqout (il s'agit d'un paquet memoQ).

3. Renommez l'extension du fichier .mqout par .zip.

4. Cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur le fichier .zip et "extraire tous" ou "décompresser tous" les fichiers.

5. Ouvrez le sous-dossier Documents et localisez le fichier .mqxliff.

6. Ouvrez votre outil de TAO et ouvrez-y le fichier .mqxliff.

7. Une fois la traduction terminée, choisissez l'option "Exporter la cible" (et non l'option "Exporter dans un format de fichier bilingue") dans votre outil de TAO. Votre fichier cible doit être au format .mqxliff.

8. Lorsque vous terminez votre tâche FlowFit, veillez à téléverser votre fichier cible .mqxliff.

How to open the project in memoQ

From FlowFit-TMS or the FlowFit Provider portal, go to the Task Details and Project Details sections of the FlowFit task Information tab:

1. Ensure that your FlowFit task status is either Ready or In Progress.
   If not, you will not be able to open your document in the CAT-tool.
   
   

2. Click on the orange memoQ icon. If a confirmation message pops up make sure to check the box and click on Open memoQ so it will not show up next time.Open your memoQ project in the memoQ desktop application.

Where to find the CAT-tool analysis and documents

From FlowFit-TMS or the FlowFit Provider portal, go to the FlowFit task Document tab of each assigned FlowFit task:

1. Download source documents and consult the CAT-tool analysis, if necessary.

2. If working without any CAT tools, download the work document and work directly in it.

3. Click on the blue Start Task button in the toolbar to start your FlowFit task.
   
   

How to open the document in memoQ webTrans

Note: working with the memoQ online translation application does not allow you to save your target file. Therefore, it may not be a suitable option for DTP or post-translation work which may follow.

If you do not have the memoQ desktop application installed on your computer, but have received credentials to access the memoQ project server, there are 2 shortcuts to open the memoQwebTrans online editor from FlowFit:

A. (version 3.2) From FlowFit-TMS or the FlowFit Provider portal, go to the Task Details and Project Details sections of the FlowFit task Information tab:

1. Ensure that your FlowFit task status is either Ready or In Progress.
   If not, you will not be able to open your document in the CAT-tool.

2. Click on the orange memoQ webTrans icon.
   
   

B. From FlowFit-TMS or the FlowFit Provider portal, go to the FlowFit task Document tab of each assigned FlowFit task:

Click on the memoQ web button (located on the top-right corner of the analysis).

(Version 3.2) Where to find the memoQ package (.mqout, .xliff, and/or .tmx files)

From the FlowFit Provider portal, external resources can download a memoQ package which they can open with their own compatible CAT-tool.
Note: Internal resources working in FlowFit-TMS or in the FlowFit provider portal will not view the ‘'Download package’' section.

From the FlowFit Provider portal, go to the memoQ project section of the FlowFit task Documents tab:

1. Ensure that your FlowFit task status is either Ready or In Progress.
   If not, you will not be able to open your document in the CAT-tool.
   
   

2. Locate the Packages section, above the memoQ analysis.

3. Click on the blue Download icon . An .mqout file named after the FlowFit project number and your memoQ username will be downloaded in your regular Download folder. Double-click on it and it will open directly in your memoQ desktop application.

4. To work without memoQ, replace the .mqout file extension by .zip, then unzip the package and use the .mqxliff (= .xliff) and/or .tmx files contained in it to work in your CAT tool.
   
   

(Version 3.2) How to deliver my memoQ return package (.mqout file) and work document

1. When done working in memoQ, create your return memoQ package (.mqback) in memoQ.
   
   

2. In the FlowFit provider portal, click on the Complete task button in your FlowFit task and upload the file to deliver in the Work document section on the top of the Complete task window.
   Upload your .mqback package in the memoQ package section in the bottom of the Complete task window.
   
   

    

3. Once you click on Save, your FlowFit task will be completed.
   Your memoQ translation will be automatically reimported into the original memoQ project and you work document will be transferred to the next task assignee.
   An automated note will be visible to internal resources (for ex., the revisor) letting them know that the translation has been reimported into memoQ.

How to translate a bilingual .mqxliff file without memoQ

As a linguist, it is possible to use a memoQ package and translate it in another CAT-tool than memoQ.
Indeed, memoQ packages can be unzipped to work directly with the bilingual xliff file in it (in the .mqxliff file format).
It is advised to follow the procedure recommended directedly by your CAT-tool provider, but the following manipulations should work in most cases.

1. Open the FlowFit translation task assigned to you.

2. Download and save the .mqout work document (this is a memoQ package).

3. Rename the .mqout file extension by .zip.

4. Right-click on the .zip file and ‘'extract all’' or ‘'unzip all’' files.
   
   

5. Open the Documents sub-folder and locate the .mqxliff file.
   
   

6. Open your CAT-tool and open your .mqxliff file in it.

7. Once the translation is done, choose the “Export target'' option (not the ‘'Export in a bilingual file format’') from your CAT-tool. Your target file should be an .mqxliff file format.

8. When completing your FlowFit task, make sure to upload your target .mqxliff file.
