Security Management is key for every company and FlowFit can help define roles, user permission and authentication, so you can set visibility rights based on the user role.

How to add a new role

⚙ > /FlowFitTMS/#/role-list

First, you need to define roles (for example, Admin, manager, etc.) which will be associated to users.
A user’s visibility rights are directly linked to the role associated to their profile in the User Management section.

To add a role:

1. Click on Add.

2. Provide a description of the role (in EN and FR).

3. Click on Save.

It is possible edit or delete a role and export the list in an Excel or PDF format.
