Click on the gear icon in the top bar to access ⚙ > General > Service units.

Service units are standard unit of measure (hour, word, page, etc.) for each service (Translation, Desktop Publishing, etc.) provided which can be linked to a service in the details tab of resource profiles.

Units and unit codes must be defined to create and import invoices from an XLSX template and for reporting purposes.
