⚙ > Connecteurs > Systran
Systran est un moteur de traduction automatique qui peut prétraduire automatiquement les documents.
La prétraduction des documents peut être effectuée dans FlowFit-TMS par le biais d'une tâche de prétraduction automatique dans un flux de travail (avec une configuration de service système) ou, un onglet spécial peut être ajouté dans le portail client pour permettre aux demandeurs de prétraduire un texte copié-collé (avec un profil de traduction automatique).
Comment configurer l'API de Systran
Allez dans ⚙ > Connecteurs > Systran > Paramètres
Déplacez sur le bouton Activé vers la droite.
Saisissez l'URL de l'API fournie par votre point de contact Systran (généralement
translate.systran.net).Entrez la clé de l'API fournie par votre point de contact Systran
Cliquez sur Enregistrer.
Comment configurer un profil Systran
Une fois que vos paramètres d'API sont entrés, assurez-vous de configurer un profil de traduction automatique si vous souhaitez rendre Systran disponible dans le portail client.
Allez à ⚙ > Connecteurs > Systran > Paramètres > TRADUCTION AUTOMATIQUE - PROFIL.
Déplacez le bouton Activé vers la droite.
Saisissez un Nom pour votre profil.
Cliquez sur le signe + bleu pour saisir la traduction française.
Sélectionnez les options de texte et de fichier applicables.
Cliquez sur Gérer les langues et utilisez les filtres pour sélectionner toutes les paires de langues à autoriser.
Cliquez sur Enregistrer.
Comment configurer un onglet du portail client Systran
Une fois que vos paramètres API et un profil de traduction automatique sont configurés sous ⚙ > Connecteurs, vous pouvez créer un menu dynamique dans le portail client pour permettre aux demandeurs d'utiliser une traduction automatique.

Comment configurer une tâche de prétraduction Systran
Une fois vos paramètres de l'API saisis, veillez à configurer un service système sous ⚙ > Administration > Services et à inclure ce service système dans un workflow, afin que FlowFit puisse traduire automatiquement les documents sources dans FlowFit-TMS.

⚙ > Connectors > Systran
Systran is a machine translation engine which can automatically pretranslate documents.
Document pretranslation can be done in FlowFit-TMS through an automatic pretranslation task in a workflow (with a system service configuration) or, a special tab can be added in the Client Portal to allow requesters to pretranslate a copy-pasted text (with a machine translation profile).
How to configure the Systran API
Go to ⚙ > Connectors > Systran > Parameters
Push the Enabled button to the right.
Enter the API URL provided by your Systran point of contact
(usuallytranslate.systran.net).Enter the API key provided by your Systran point of contact.
Click on Save.
How to configure a Systran profile
Once your API parameters are entered, make sure to configure a machine translation profile if you’d like to make Systran available in the client portal.
Go to ⚙ > Connectors > Systran > Parameters > MACHINE TRANSLATION - PROFILE
Push the Enabled button to the right.
Enter a Name for your profile.
Click on the blue + sign to enter the French translation.Select the applicable text and file options.
Click on Manage languages and use the filters to select all language pairs to allow.
Click on Save.
How to configure a Systran client portal tab
Once your API parameters and a machine translation profile are configured under ⚙ > Connectors, you can create a dynamic menu in the client portal to allow requesters to use a machine translation.

How to configure a Systran pretranslation task
Once your API parameters are entered, make sure to configure a system service under ⚙ > Administration > Services and include this system service within a workflow, so that FlowFit can automatically translate source documents in FlowFit-TMS.
