Production Reports: These reports provide insights into the status, progress, and details of translation projects, including timelines, milestones, and any potential delays. They help managers oversee projects efficiently and make informed decisions.

1.    Global Summary

The Global Summary report displays a summary of projects and their source documents word counts according to the default or user-defined filters.

To produce a Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

 

 

Filters

·        Filter By:

o   Filters the projects by the selected type of date

§  Default: Creation Date (Date the project was created)

§  Completed Date (Date the project was labeled completed/closed)

§  Start Date (Date the project was started)

§  Deadline (Deadline date of a project)

o   Unless the Filter By value is set to Completed Date, the data is collected on ALL projects with all status

·        Date From - Date To:

o   Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

·        Modules:

o   Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

·        Work Type:

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected work type

·        Source Language:

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected source language. The source language is the original language of a project.

·        Target Language:

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected target language. A target language is a language a project is translated into.

·        Client Group:

o   Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client group.

·        Client:

o   Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client

·        Department:

o   Filters the data to show projects that have the selected department

·        Priority:

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected priority

·        Project Type

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected project type

·        Target Audience

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected target audience

·        Grouped By

o   Filters the data to be grouped by the selected group. Each group will be displayed in the graphs along with their data

o   When this filter is assigned a value, an extra table and two extra graphs are added to the report.

·        Domain

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected domain

·        Select X first elements

o   Filters the data to show the X first elements

·        Show projects in progress

o   Filters the data to show projects that are currently in progress

·        Show completed projects

o   Filters the data to show projects that have been completed

·        Show delivered projects

o   Filters the data to show projects that have been delivered

 

 

 

2.   Due Date Hit Rate

The Due Date Hit Rate report displays the number of late projects along with the deadline hit rate per client and requester. A project is considered late when the delivery date is past the deadline date (delivery date > deadline date) and the project’s status is not “cancelled” or “on hold”.

To produce a Due Date Hit Rate Report (summary and details), select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

 

Filters

  • Project Deadline Date From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Client Group

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client group.

  • Client

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client

  • Department

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected department

  • Show Details

o   Toggles the displaying of the Deadlines Not Met table that contains details on all the projects in the data that have not met their deadlines.

 

  

3.    Source and Target Languages

The Source and Target Languages report displays the quantity of units, service and language pair of all tasks completed, grouped by units.

To produce a Source and Target Languages Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

  • Completed Task Date From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Client

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client

  • Source Language

    • Filters the data to show projects per source language selected

  • Target Language

    • Filters the data to show projects per target language selected

  • Service Group

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected service group

  • Service

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected service

  • Service Category

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected service category

 

4.   Requester Summary

The Requester Summary report displays the number of completed or delivered projects by requester.

To produce a Summary Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

  • Completed Project Date From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

 

5.   Work Type Summary

This report shows the breakdown of work types done over a timeframe.

To produce a Summary Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.
Filters

  • Completed Date From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

·        Work Type:

o   Filters the data to show projects with the selected work type

 

6.   Internal/External distribution

This report shows the breakdown of the task distribution.

To produce a Summary Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

  • Completed Task Date From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Domain

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected domain

  • Service Group

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected service group

  • Service

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected service

  • Service Category

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected service category

  • Project Type

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected project type

 

  

7.    Urgent Projects Summary

This report lists all the urgent projects for a specified timeframe.

To produce a Summary, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

  • Deadline Date From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Client Group

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client group.

  • Client

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client

  • Department

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected department

  • Show Details

o   Toggles the displaying of the Urgent Projects table that contains details on all the projects in the data that were urgent

 

8.   Negotiated Deadlines Summary

This report lists all the negotiated deadlines for a specified timeframe.

To produce a Summary, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

  • Deadline Date From - To

    • Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.

  • Module

    • Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules

  • Client Group

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client group.

  • Client

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected client

  • Department

    • Filters the data to show projects that have the selected department

·        Source Language:

9.   Client time spent summary

This report displays the total time that is spent on all projects of every client, by every resource who worked on the respective client’s projects.

To produce a Summary, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

 

 

10. Projects per word slice

This report displays project counts based on different word counts range. Word slices are defined in the “word slices” reference table, under the “reports” section.

To produce a Summary, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

 

 

11. Project manager

This report displays the number of documents and projects per request type per project manager.

To produce a Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

12. Total production

This report displays the number of projects and words (source documents) per charge code.

To produce a Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.
