Costs Reports: Financial reports offer detailed information on project costs, budgets, invoicing, and profitability. These reports are essential for tracking the financial health of projects and ensuring that operations are cost-effective.

The following reports are available in this category:

1. Internal and External Costs Summary of Projects

This report displays the internal and external costs of projects for a specified timeframe.

To produce an Internal and External Costs Summary of Projects, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.

Filters

Filter by Completed Date, Creation Date, Start Date or Deadline
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected filter
Date Range From - To
- Date range of the data. All data generated by the report will be between the selected start and end dates.
Module
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected modules
Work Type
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected work type
Source Language
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected source language
Target Language
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected target language
Client Group
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected client group
Client
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected client
Department
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected department
Priority
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected priority
Project Type
- Filters the data to show projects that have the selected project type
Target Audience
- Filters the data to show projects that have the selected target audience
Grouped By
- Filters the data to show projects that have the selected group
Domain
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected domain
Keyword
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected keyword
Project Manager
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected project manager
Requester
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected requester
Charge Code
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected charge code
Internal/External cost
- Filters the data to show only projects with the selected cost
Show completed projects
- Filters the data to show only completed projects
Show projects in progress
- Filters the data to show only projects in progress
Show delivered projects
- Filters the data to show only delivered projects

2. Provider Invoices

This report displays the provider invoices for a specified timeframe.

To produce a Provider Invoices Report, select the information you would like to see in the report by selecting options from the various drop-down menus available below, then click on APPLY.
