It is possible to create special Workflows which will only be visible to and associated with FlowFit users being part of specific modules, depending on which source and target language the FlowFit project has been set up with.
This is particularly useful if working with multilingual projects, using Generic Workflows (workflows which can be used with any language pair combination) and having dedicated teams per language pairs, especially designated teams per specific target language (for example, the ‘’French’’ and ‘’Spanish’’ teams of translators and project managers being part of the respective  ‘’French module’’ and ‘’Spanish module’’).

  1. Create a workflow under
⚙ > Administration > Workflows if you do not have any yet.

  2. Create modules under
⚙ > General > Modules if you do not have any yet.

  3. Make sure your resources (linguists + PMs) are being assigned to a module.

Then, under ⚙ > Administration > Module Workflows:

  1. Select a Workflow (for example, the ‘’Generic Translation Workflow’’)

  2. Select a source language or check the box to select all languages (for example, ‘’English Canada’’)

  3. Select a target language or check the box to select all languages (for example, ‘’French Canada’’)

  4. Select the module (for example, ‘’French module’’) you would like to link the workflow to.

With this ‘’French workflow module’’ setup used in the example, for each FlowFit project submitted with English (Canada) as the sole source language and French (Canada) as the sole target language, the workflow applied will be the ‘’Generic Translation Workflow’’ and will be associated with the French team of translators and PMs which are part of the French module, as opposed to be visible from the Spanish team, which is part of the Spanish module.
