Rather than creating each Resource, Client or Client Contacts profiles manually in FlowFit, it is possible to batch import them using the following 4 Excel import templates:
Keys to successful Excel exports and imports
It is important to fill in the Import templates the same way you would be filling the information manually in the corresponding profiles FlowFit. A good way to know how to do so is to first export your existing Resources, Clients or Contacts lists in Excel and then replicate data entries accordingly in your Excel Import template.
Pro tip:
It is recommended to do a test import with one line in your import template first and then check the importation results in FlowFit before proceeding to batch import more data.Do not import duplicate profiles or contacts: the imported information does not replace the previous one. An Excel Export before your Excel Import will help you compare and find potential duplicates.
Make sure to fill up mandatory information (names and email addresses) and use the correct input formats.
