(v.3.2) Comment utiliser les paquets GroupShare avec FlowFit

 

Voici les étapes à suivre si, en tant que GP, vous avez l'intention de :

  • envoyer un package de traduction Trados (.sdlppx) à un pigiste traduisant dans Trados Studio ou d'autres outils RWS compatibles

  • réimporter un fichier .sdlrpx (paquet de retour Trados) pour le réviser dans Trados Studio ou d'autres outils RWS compatibles

Pré-requis pour l’utilisation des paquets GroupShare

Pour créer et réimporter automatiquement des packages Trados à partir de FlowFit, veuillez vous assurer que :

  • Les utilisateurs de FlowFit doivent être des ‘'Ressources externes’' et utiliser le portail du fournisseur (les paquets ne sont pas disponibles à partir de FlowFit-TMS).

  • Les tâches de traduction FlowFit sont appariées ''Phase de traduction GroupShare’'. Les packages ne peuvent être créés que pour la traduction, mais pas pour la révision ni pour aucune autre phase GroupShare.

  • Les tâches de traduction FlowFit doivent être A faire ou En cours pour montrer l’option ‘'Demander le package’'.

Comment envoyer automatiquement des paquets .sdlppx aux ressources externes

  1. Vérifier/créer votre projet FlowFit.

  2. Créez votre projet GroupShare à partir de FlowFit-TMS.

  3. Vérifiez/Créez votre workflow FlowFit avec une tâche de traduction GroupShare.

  4. Assignez les tâches de traduction à vos fournisseurs externes.
    Lorsque les fournisseurs accèdent à leur tâche dans le portail Fournisseur de FlowFit, ils ont la possibilité de travailler directement dans le document de travail (s'ils n'ont pas d'outil de TAO), ou de télécharger un paquet Trados qu'ils peuvent utiliser pour traduire dans Trados Studio ou d'autres outils RWS compatibles.

  5. Démarrez votre projet FlowFit (ou modifiez le statut du projet de "En attente" à "Ouvert").

  6. Une fois que le traducteur externe a traduit le contenu du paquet Trados, il doit téléverser le paquet de retour .sdlrpx lorsqu'il a terminé sa tâche dans FlowFit.
    La traduction sera automatiquement réimportée dans le projet GroupShare d'origine et visible par le réviseur interne.

 

Comment réimporter un fichier .sdlppx depuis FlowFit-TMS

 

Note : Un fournisseur qui a téléchargé le fichier .sdlppx à partir du portail du fournisseur FlowFit devrait le téléverser au même endroit pour réimporter sa traduction dans le projet GroupShare. Par conséquent, le PM ne devrait avoir à effectuer la manipulation suivante dans le cas où le fournisseur ne peut pas accéder au portail du fournisseur après avoir traduit des fichiers Trados.

  1. Allez dans l'onglet Tâches du projet FlowFit.

  2. Localisez la tâche de traduction GroupShare.

  3. Cliquez sur le menu déroulant du statut de la tâche et sélectionnez Terminer.

  4. Téléversez le fichier .sdlppx ou .sdlxliff traduit. La traduction sera automatiquement réimportée dans le projet GroupShare original et disponible pour révision interne.

(v.3.2) How to handle GroupShare packages from FlowFit

 

Here are the steps you may need to follow as a PM, if you intend to :

  • send a Trados translation package (.sdlppx) to a freelancer translating in Trados Studio or RWS compatible tools

  • reimport an .sdlrpx file (Trados return package) to revise it in Trados Studio or RWS compatible tools

 

GroupShare packages utilization prerequisites

To automatically create and reimport Trados packages from FlowFit, please ensure that:

  • FlowFit users must be set as ‘'External resources’' and use the Provider portal (packages are not available from FlowFit-TMS).

  • FlowFit translation tasks are mapped with the Groupshare Translation phase. Packages can only be created for Translation, but not for revision or any another GroupShare phase.

  • FlowFit tasks status must be Ready or In Progress to display the ‘'Request package’' option.

How to automatically send .sdlppx packages to external resources

  1. Check/Create your FlowFit project.

  2. Create your Trados GroupShare project from FlowFit-TMS.

  3. Check/Create your FlowFit workflow using a GroupShare translation task.

  4. Assign translation tasks to external vendors.
    When vendors access their translation task in the FlowFit Provider portal, they have the option to either work directly in the work document (if they do not have any CAT tool), or to download a Trados package which they can use to translate in Trados Studio or RWS compatible tools.

  5. Start your FlowFit project (or change the project status from ‘’Pending” to “Open”).

  6. Once the external translator has translated the Trados package content, he should upload the .sdlrpx return package when he completes his task in FlowFit.
    The translation will be automatically reimported in the original GroupShare project and visible to the internal reviewer.

 

How to reimport a translated .sdlppx file from FlowFit-TMS

 

Note: A vendor who has downloaded the .sdlppx package from the FlowFit provider portal should upload it back from the same place to reimport his translation in the GroupShare project. Therefore, the PM should only have to do the following manipulation in case the vendor cannot access the provider portal after translating Trados files.

  1. Go to the Project Tasks tab of the FlowFit project.

  2. Locate the GroupShare translation task.

  3. Click on the task status drop-down and select Complete.

  4. Upload the translated .sdlppx file. The translation will be automatically reimported into the original GroupShare project and available for internal review.
