This feature allows project managers to quickly find resources based on multiple criteria and propose a task to several resources at a time. To create a new template, click on the Add button.

Open

1. In the Description field, provide a name for the template.

2. In the Resource Type field, select the type of resource (all, internal or external).

3. Check the Unavailability box if you want to exclude resources that are unavailable.

4. Check the Domain box if you want to only include resources that match the project’s domain.

5. Check the Client box if you want to only include resources that match the project’s client.

6. In the Tools, Professional associations and Experience-level fields, select from the options available to help narrow-down the pool of available resources.

7. In the Keywords field, type in any useful keyword.
