If you choose to use the timesheets, you will need to configure the Time Management tab.

⚙ > /FlowFitTMS/#/parameters/time-management

Time Management tab > Section 1 - TIME ZONE:

Set up the time zone used to display the default date and time used in the application.

Time Management tab > Section 2 - TIME SLOTS:

This section is used to set the default business working hours of the company during a work week. Use the green plus signs to add time slots.

Time Management tab > Section 3 - TIME TRACKER:

  1. Toggle the Enable button to enable or disabled the use of the time tracker. If you do not need to track the time spent on tasks in real time, just click on the Enable toggle button to disable it. The time tracker will be hidden in all pages.

  2. Toggle the Activate on task start button to enable or disable the automatic start of the time tracker. If the button is toggled, the time tracker will be automatically activated when a task’s status switches to In progress

 

Time Management tab > Section 4 – TIME SHEET:

  1. Toggle the Enable button to enable or disable the use of timesheets. If you do not need to use the timesheets, just click on the Enable toggle button to disable it. The Timesheet menu in the TMS portal will no longer be available.

  2. Check the Ask for task duration option if you want to keep track of time spent on tasks. When a task is done, the system will prompt the service provider to enter the time spent on the task.

  3. Check the Supervisor can modify validated time sheets option if you choose to authorize individuals with supervisor-level only to modify validated timesheets.

  4. Check the Manage overtime option if you choose to manage overtime with the timesheets.

  5. The Client is a mandatory setting. Make the client name visible in timesheets or not.

  6. The Cost Center is a mandatory setting. Make the cost center visible in timesheets or not.

  7. The Rounded value is a mandatory setting. The selected X value will be used to round any timesheet entry to the closest multiple of X. For example, selecting a value of 15 will round any timesheet entry to 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. In any case where the timesheet entry is not an exact multiple of X, FlowFit will automatically round the entry up to the nearest multiple of X. The rounded values available are 0, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60. Selecting 0 will disable the automatic rounding.
