Archival tab > Section 1 - ARCHIVAL:

This section allows you to manage the archiving of your project documents.

Since this option is enabled by default, use the Enabled toggle button to deactivate it.

The following elements need to be set:

1. Starting time of daily archiving of Completed and/or Cancelled projects

2. Folder path where Completed projects will be archived

3. Archive pattern string. To modify the string, click on the tooltip to see more keys

4. Folder path where Cancelled projects will be archived.

Archival tab > Section 2 – DATA SANITIZER:

⚙ > /FlowFitTMS/#/parameters/archival

FlowFit includes a document retention feature called the Data Sanitizer, allowing users to specify a time period after which documents can be deleted for confidentiality reasons or to save storage space.

This section allows you to enable the permanent deletion of a project files after a certain time a project status has been set to Completed. Beware: once done, this action is irreversible.
